Over the years our dogs have not only been ranked among the top English Setters in the show ring in both Canada and USA – but they have also achieved countless titles in other competitive events such as Rally, Obedience and Hunt Tests!
PUPPIES!
At Sunsetter, we raise our puppies in our home, with extensive socialization and innovative training practices. Our puppies go to their “fur-ever” homes very often house trained at just eight weeks old!
We do extensive health testing on all of our dogs to ensure we are breeding the most healthy dogs, including BAER hearing testing, thyroid testing, OFA hip and elbow clearances and more.
Your puppy purchasing experience with Sunsetter will be much different than anything you have ever experienced, we keep our puppy people involved extensively right through the entire process, including weekly video updates and FaceTime/Skype calls right from the whelping box!

Success at Mid Canada shows
Slide continues to consistently win the breed and place in the group. Slide was BOB 3 for 4, including a specialty BOB!
Slide’s Debut
BISS A/C Ch. Desert's Electric Slide came to us to breed to Renée, so we decided to enter him in some shows... Slide wins the breed two out of three days, and two group seconds! Not bad for an 8 year old.
Rocky finishes in ONE WEEKEND!
Add a Canadian Championship to Am. Ch. Linwood's T.K.O. - "Rocky"! We received Rocky on a Sunday, Nadeen spent three days grooming him (he looked like a sheep when we got him LOL), went to the SD&G shows in Long Sault, ON - and he finished his Canadian...
Sailor wins BEST IN SHOW!
Another Linwood kid kicks some butt up here in Canada! "Sailor" - Am. Ch. Linwood Master and Commander JH came to us from Joan & Alan Christoph in Arkansas to finish his Canadian Championship, and it didn't take long... Sailor had a great weekend at the Portage...
